Job Title: Line Cook

Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal: Seasonal

Compensation: 16 - 24 Hourly 

Position Description: 

As a Line cook on our back of house team, you’ll join a crew of culinarily excited individuals who share a common goal of outputting a high volume of tremendous food at a ridiculously fast pace. This role is best suited for someone with a solid attitude, culinary excitement and willingness to do what it takes to crush output goals alongside your crew in the Kitchen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in a high volume, high paced food service environment
• Complete all orders to customer specifications while obtaining food standards and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with your kitchen team and FOH staff 
• Operate within standard operating procedures 
• Ensure all food event requirements are met and completed. 
• Complete daily shift work checklist and ensure all job tasks are done satisfactorily. 
• Follow all posted signage and recipe sheets to ensure excellent quality of menu offerings, and short ticket times. 
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning project work, as needed and directed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a busy kitchen environment. 
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, communicate with MOD, follow directions, show up on time and be a team player. 
• Required Characteristics: Kind optimism, curious intelligence, empathy, self awareness, integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 2 years of high volume kitchen line experience
• Ability to manage and execute daily food service operations 
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must agree to background check.
• ServSafe Certification is highly recommended but not required.
